Chris your saying you do not want to down grade but we did the 15 nt cruise on Serenade of the Sea's (90,000 tons)this past Oct and having been on larger ship's,we found this ship great !! We have been on 7 cruise's and this was our best cruise yet ! What makes this ship great is it's size for no more passengers it carries. No long lines anywhere, all the staff are wonderful.Best waiter's and room stewart we have evr had. It's a great cruise on a great ship. Hope this help's
Mike

Hi Mike52, Welcome to Cruise-Chat!

Chris, Mike has a good point. I've been on a few Radiance Class ships and wouldn't every consider them a downgrade. Sure, you won't find an ice rink or a huge Promenade deck, but there are other feathers that are great. I really like the elevator that allows you to look out at the ocean. The Windjammer has an open area to eat outside of the ship. It's really a beauitful ship and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
