Hi, you are going to have a wonderful time. I cruised AOS 5/6/2007. Awesome! Beach towels are provided by the cruiseline. For the pool there were 2 in our room. For ports, go to the pool area and you can "check" them out. Just be sure to return them or you will be charged 25.00 Ha wonderful cruise
Inline skating, golf, rock climbing wall and don't forget the ice skating rink..both for skating and watching a very good ice show...and then there is the Promanade shopping area...Lots of reasons why it's called Adventure of the Seas....Get ready to have a Super good time...Have a GREAT cruise..
I am glad that I came up with this thread because I have another silly/stupid question...Do the TVs on the AOS have the red/white/yellow inputs on them? I have an iPod accessory that I can hook up to a TV to listen to music.
You're questions are not silly or stupid. The T.V.s don't have input jacks. I wanted to play back some video I recorded on my camcorder; but couldn't. Now I have a portable 10" DVD player that I use for that. It's nice to be able to watch movies in the airport or on a flight.
Sonny is absolutely correct. I was worried about the same issue with the stateroom tv. I purchases an 8" screen dvd player that works miracles. I went to wal mart and bought an extended battery for the player and my wife and I watched trip memories for the 9 hr. flight from frankfurt to atlanta. Best purchase i ever made for 80 bucks.
