I'm going on a 4 nite western caribbean r.c. cruise. Not alot of time for excursions. If we had to do one excursion which one would be the one to do? (Key West + Cozumel)

We are on that itinerary in November. I haven't booked through the ship this time. Ocho Rios: Peat Taylor to Dunn's River Falls, etc. Grand Cayman: Capt. Marvin's Stingray City. Cozumel: Chankanaab Park (by taxi).
