Cashing in RCCl Visa for cruise

We have about 125,000 points on our RCCL Visa. Who do I go thru to cash in toward another cruise? Visa or RCCL?

Does the credits pay for the entire cruise, minus port fees, etc.,

We were told when we signed up for the visa that we could get an 8 day cruise for two with about 75,000 points. I can't find where, in writing, that info is.

Help!

And first you must get a voucher from MBNA and then after you receive the voucher you can call RCCL. Then book your cruise for either a 5 or 7 night cruise if you have the 125,000 pts. You will have to mail the voucher to RCCL before you get the credit.

I believe you have a set amount of time to use the voucher once they issue it.
