Just booked a "bump" room on Navigator in January! SOOOOOO looking forward to a break from winter here in Ohio :-) (even though it hasn't even started yet!) Never had a 'bump' room--im excited!
To some they are better because the balconies extend farther out than the others, and also may have more room or depth to them because of the curvature. The cabins themselves are no different than others in the same category. Look at a ship's deck plan and you'll see what I mean. The passageways curve along with the cabins.
Jodie,
I am going the Radiance in a "bump room" on Oct 9th, I will be sure to report back.

I love the bump out cabins. Here's a picture I took from the balcony of a bump out I had last year. The stateroom it's self is the same as any other E-1 cabin.
It looks awesome Sonny--thanks for the picture...January will be here before I know it! (LOTS to keep me busy till then--first grandchild coming in December!)
