Two things :
1) we have rooms 3004 3006 3008 next spring - was just told these are noisy as all heack and that the windows look out into tunnels / so no view and little light... Called RC and they said not so - but do not want to deal with this on ship as we are bringing along first time cruisers who need a good experience.

2) rumor or fact ? The monarch being drydocked in january 2006 ? to repair that sewage gas thing or are they removating interiors / cabins ?

we had a horrid experience on Celebrity / Mercury in Sept 2005 and I want to avoid another tragedy .... I have cruised 24 times in 15 years and it seems ike quality is poorer these past 24 months ?
