Is Chops open at all for lunch, or just dinner? I would like to try eating at chops, but I don't want to miss any of the nice dinners in the dining room. Any advice?

We have only ate at Chops once, on the Enchantment of the Seas. I do believe it is only open for dinner. I went there a few hours after we boarded, to look at the menu. They were closed, but someone was there, just inside the door to take reservations. They said the first night of the cruise, is usually less dressy in Chops, because of luggage issues and people just boarding. So, we decided to have our dinner that first night. We wore nice jeans and shirts. After the $20 per person fee, and wine, we spent $80 bucks. We each had steak, it was melt in your mouth. I would eat there again. I have been on the Freedom of the Seas, you will love her. Lil' Lori

Chops was only open for dinner, but I suggest that when you board you head straight there to ensure a reservation. When we were aboard Jewel in December we went around 12 and there were already people at the door making reservations. It is definately worth the $20 per person. You will love it!

Speaking of Chops....

Princess is setting up a special table in the galley where up to ten people can dine, watch the chefs prepare meals, and sample some special tidbits made by the chefs.

Experience..er, $75 please.

How long before RCL comes up with a counterpart?
