Yes, she's actually the 10th longest passenger ship in the world, and among those that are as long as her or longer, three are no longer in active service ("United States", "Queen Mary", "Blue Lady").

is enchantment a tall ship?

While she is quite tall, she is not nearly as tall as the latest Panamax ships, and of course post-Panamax vessels are even taller.

Is a Ferrari nice? I guess this is very much a question of personal taste.

Usually? No. A few people get seasick on every cruise. Also, some get sesick fairly quickly while others don't get sesick even in the highest seas.
