When you get off the ship at Coco Cay

As you already know, CocoCay is a private island of Royal Caribbean. So only you and the rest of the passengers can go there.

I have been to CocoCay and another private cruise ship island. When I went, I usually took as few things as possible (towel, sunscreen, hat). But most importantly, I brought my room card (Sea Pass as it is called). Into which I placed it in a waterproof "Diving Wallet" when I went swimming. They sell these "Diving Wallets" onboard the ship (as well as your local dive shop, WalMart, etc.). Just like Sonny V. I left my belongs covered-up when I went swimming and there were no problems.

Hi janfred, Coco Cay is a nice private island, but if you've been to Half Moon Cay, in my opinion, it's better. I also think that the beach at Grand Turk is just as nice as well as Princess Cays.

A beach is a beach. To me they are all great. My favorite private beach is Labadee.

I've never been to Half Moon Cay. Everyone who has tells me it is nicer than the others. I don't know about that. As you can tell from Sonny's photo, Labadee is quite a scenic place. The bay also allows the ship to avoid swells (a common problem at Coco Cay), plus you can get some nice photos of the ship.
