In St. Thomas, my favorite thing is to take the ferry over to St. John ($6/pp), take the cab to Trunk Bay ($4/pp) and go to the beach there ($2/pp). Trunk Bay is a beautiful beach, warm crystal clear water with a self-guided beach snorkel. There are fresh water showers, lockers, a snack bar, and a couple of shops (not cheap). We also do catamaran sail/snorkel trips to Buck Island, which is some great snorkeling. St. Thomas is a good place to shop for jewelry. St. Maarten is a great place to shop, but I don't like shopping. We did the America cup racing there, which was a blast. In San Juan, a tour of old San Juan (which you can do on your own) is really interesting. Labadee is just hitting the beach and relaxing. Hope this helps and have a wonderful cruise!!
