Exlorer of the Sea - NYC

I'm trying to find info about an RC cruise out of NY in August 2007 - 10 night to the Caribbean. Someone I know took the cruise last summer, but I can't seem to "find" it to get info for this upcoming summer. Am I losing my mind? All I can find our 5 day cruises to Bermuda. Help?!?!
