Freedom of the Seas Excursions

[Need a Vacation]

We are taking a 7 night cruise to the Caribbean. We are cruising on Freedom of the Seas. We will be stopping in:
Labadee,Haiti
Ocho Rios,Jamacia
George Town,Grand Cayman
and Cozumel, Mexico
Any advice on things to do would be great - even if they are not activities offered by RCCL. I just don't want to miss out on anything!!

swimming with the dophins was great in cozumel.
grand cayman we did the bike excursion which was ok. don't know if i would do that again. stopped at a turtle farm and a couple tour shops along the bike ride which included a stop for free shots of rum.

Are you serious? Shots of rum on a bike tour?
Considering that a lot of people on a cruise vacation probably have not ridden a bike or drank shots of rum in quite some time, I find the combination incredible.

seriously!!! and tequila. the guide shared a story at the beginning of the tour about a woman who had fallen off her bike on one of the tours while not doing much of anything and the guide thought that was so funny. well if you are going to feed people shots of alcohol in 85 degree heat and then ride bikes of course they may fall off.

Is it worth it to pay extra for the Malfini Beach in Labadee Haiti?

What about the Canopy Tour in Ocho Rios? Or the Falls?

Deluxe Beach Break or Beach Escape & Fiesta Cruise in Cozumel?

Any info would be awesome! I just like to have things planned or we sit around playing the "what do you want to do" game!!

We are scheduled to go the same route as you in May (MOS). My SIL's friend is a dolphin trainer and he HIGHLY suggests the Royal Swim at Chankanaab in Cozumel. He gave her this link -
