Suds!
What got you curious about the aft Junior Suites? Just wondering---they are our favorite on any ship mainly because there is a clear shot straight up to the sky, although you may have to be standing at the rail to have a clear shot upwards.
If I were standing at the rail of my stateroom on Deck 8 and you were standing at the rail of your stateroom on Deck 7, I'd be able to see you and wave to you; I wouldn't want to toss my keys to you, though; it's a pretty steep situation. I wouldn't be able to see your entire balcony or any naked people near the stateroom door---your next door neighbors could if they peeked around the wall....
In general you will be able to see the water---it's not weird like the Voyager class ships, where there is an entire world of structure out there, but there is a small part of the ship that extends past, but not anything significant.
It will not be a steep sheer drop off as found on some of the newer Princess ships, where the aft balconies have a drop view to the ocean as one would have on the side of the ship.
Google turned up only a very few mediocre shots of the aft of the Enchantment.
You know, another reason we like the aft staterooms is that fewer people are walking/kids are running in the hallway outside your door.
Bon Voyage!
