Chuck, you might want to share this with your friends at the cruise-site!!

Subject: Royal Caribbean International ULTIMATE CRUISE SHIP: BUILDING
FREEDOM OF THE SEAS Science Channel Special - 7/13/2006

Good Day,
Royal Caribbean International's newest, largest and most innovative ship,
Freedom of the Seas made its debut this past June to the wonder and delight
of guests and travel partners alike. Now you can see for yourself how this
miracle of maritime science came to life on the Science Channel special
Ultimate Cruise Ship: Building Freedom of the Seas.
Ever wondered what it takes to build a cruise ship a quarter mile long, 18
stories high, and weighing in at 160,000 gross registered tons? The
Science Channel special will take you behind the scenes to reveal the
technological secrets of what's involved in building the world's largest
ocean liner. The only thing more incredible than the ship itself is the
process that brought it from the drawing table to become the revolutionary
marvel of naval engineering that it is.
Watch as the story of this incredible ship unfolds, from meeting the
leading engineers who built this modern masterpiece, to learning about how
the Freedom of the Seas is contributing to the well being of the
environment with the revolutionary Scanship system. The Science Channel
will also take you below the decks into the Freedom of the Seas' cutting-
edge navigational system and state-of-the-art engine room where you will
see what it takes to keep the Freedom of the Seas and its precious cargo
safe in the most extreme weather. You will even learn how this super ship
stays afloat!
Catch the Discovery Channel Premiere of Ultimate Cruise Ship: Building
Freedom of the Seas this Saturday, July 15th at Noon EST. A DVD of this
special program will be available for order from Inktel by the end of
August 2006.
