Which shore excusions for Alaska?

Four days to go 'til we leave for our Alaskan cruise on Radiance of the Seas. Which shore excursions do you recommend for Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway? I looked at the extended forcast and I guess unless things change, we'll be taking our lovely Florida "moist" :-) weather with us. Do cruisers tend to skip the excusions when it rains?

Depending on the severity of the rain and weather conditions, some excursions may be canelled (particularly if they involve any time in the air or on the water). There are some that go no matter what the weather. It really depends on how predominately good weather conditions factor into the experience as to folks cancelling or just "going for it".
