RCL One Day Sale

Does anyone have the official information regarding the one day sale tomorrow (Friday). Some TA's (according to the grapevine)are offering prepaid gratuities if you book a sale cruise through them, but there is a lot of confusion regarding combining the sale benefits with C&A benefits. It sounds like this could be a great deal, but there is so much misinformation out there that it is hard to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I have two long term clients with CC#'s in hand waiting to book tomorrow a back to back sailing tomorrow so I called RCI to get the scoop. I don't know about all their sailings but on this one you get a lower deposit amount, $200. per cabin OBC for each leg and some pretty attractive rates. All promo goodies are combinable with C&A benefits. There may be some other perks. I never read through all the promotion material I recieve, I'd never get anything else done.

I'm booking another RCI cruise today too. For a 7-nighter I'll get a $100 cabin credit and the deposit will only be $125 per person. That is too good a deal to pass on.

I'm looking at the Rhapsody on June 20,2008, round trip from Seattle.

Wow how do I get in on this do I just go on the web site or just contact my TA?? Or is this just for C&A?

Contact your TA immediately, I actually have a special request for cabins and have been on hold with Royal Caribbean for 40 minutes now. Usually I can book them directly online, but of course not this one..LOL.

Hurry with your requests, this sale is going to be one of the biggest RCCL has had in a long time.

It is important to note that to get this deal you have to book and place the deposit today.

I'm going to book a 7-day Alaskan cruise in a GS category for a $375 deposit. Cool.

Dave you'll be on the LOS next week why not book then? As I understand it they ask for a $100 deposit & give you a OBC What's the big deal?
