question...this is my very first post on here...im booked in a grand suite Sept. 2008...(yes, already asking questions because we are very excited)..i read somewhere that i will get an email from the concierge before departure....is this true and if so is this when i can request tickets to the ice show and any other events? This is our first suite and im counting down the months, days and hours!!!!

Hello verucalynn79, welcome to Cruise-Chat! Yes, you will be contacted by the Concierge. Just let him know when aboard which night you want the ice show tickets, and he'll have them for you. You will also be able to go to the Concierge's lounge for cocktails between the hours of 5:00pm to 8:30pm.
