Where's the cheapest place to book a cruise because i'm not from the usa and some prices don't apply to international travellers. does anyone have any idea???

Welcome to cruise-chat hd. Find a Cruise Specialist agent in the USA. Some of the cruiselines in the US will not book foreign passengers, but a travel agent can get the tickets sent to them at their local address, and then forward to you at your home address.

Some cruise lines won't let agents sell cruises to folks living outside the U.S., except for Canada and one other place that escapes me, unless they can provide a U.S. address for the foreign travelers. I've had cruise lines ask me if my clients have dual citizenship, or if they spend considerable amounts of time at a U.S. address, and that's the address I have to provide them. That's the "official" policy.

I wasn't aware that the Girl Scouts of America did that. Seriously though, sorry its not obvious to me but what is GSA?
