I'm not 100% sure but I think all of Deck 9 rooms have an obstructed view. I stayed on Deck 8. That's obstructed too but I could at least see out the bottom portion of my window. I'm not sure how much you will be able to see out of your window on Deck 9.

PS Go to the Compass Deli for lunch. It's great!

I have done some research and found that these are possibly obstructed by the life boats. I am just curious before I actually book.

We had a deck 9 Superior Oceanview (9060)on our January cruise on Majesty. The lifeboat that we saw out our window was down low and didn't bother us at all. Good Luck!!
