Tips for U.S. TA´s for European cruisers.

Hi,
We are planning to go on a cruise within the next couple of months. The problem is that the TA we earlier have used (southbeachcruises.com), not can offer RCCL or Celebrity cruises to citizens outside the US or Canada. We are from Sweden but would prefer to buy the cruise in the US.
Any tips are appreciated.
