Hi Everyone, What a great wealth of information for RCL!!! We have been on two cruises both with RCL over ten years ago! We would like to take our two sons (11) on the Enchantment of the Seas in March/April or May? What are my chances if I am only booking a month out???
We can only do a 4 day cruise at the most because of school? Are there any other ships that you would recommend? I would like to go on a newer ship if possible? Thanks so much!

Hi Nat,

I love the Enchantment, especially now that it has just been refurbished and even stretched. I think it's a great choice for a 4-night cruise. There should still be availability in March, April or May.

Royal Caribbean also does 4-night cruises every Monday from Miami on Majesty of the Seas, and every Monday from Port Canaveral on Sovereign of the Seas. Of those 3 ships, Enchantment is my favorite.

I usually wait for the pack and sail options.
If you dont need airfare, its the cheapest way to go, but you might not get your choice of cabin, ship, or itinerary.
We booked a cruise two weeks ago, only 2 days in advance. The price reflected it. They will not pull out of port with empty cabins if they can help it.

http://www.vacationstogo.com/
Which is a popular one for revenue passengers.
I just so happen to be an airline employee spouse so we get the nonrev fares on another site just for the travel industry.
Also air is no problem for us, but the site above is very competive on cruises and maybe they have airfare too.
