Does anyone know where the best snorkeling excursion is between Ocho Rios & Grand Cayman.

Wow, that is a long ways to snorkel!

There are so many options for both places. It is hard to call one "best". What is best to me may not be so to you. Ocho is not especially well known for snorkeling. Grand Cayman is much better - with snorkeling at Stingray City being the most famous tour.
