I know they have this service. but not much info on their website. a friend is looking for more info. first thing is this service free? and is there a cost for the baby for the cruise part? thank You

The Royal Babies program is free. You can see extended information here.

Note that the first two people in any cabin pay the cabin rate, and the third and fourth passengers of any age pay a reduced rate. There are no special rates for babies.

Hi Sandy: Thank You for the quick reply. It said the cost was 8.00 per hour. I am confused now, cos I heard it was free too? I have passed on the info to my friend. Thanks again.

The $8 per hour charge applies to the Nursery, which is (for now) exclusively on Oasis of the Seas. You can read more about it here.

The main difference is that the Royal Babies program is for babies and parent(s) to enjoy together, whereas the Nursery provides babysitting, hence the charge.
