contacting employees

I met some very nice employees while on my cruise. Since I stayed on the boat for 2 of the 3 excursions, I had a chance to talk with some of the employees and found them very helpful and personable. I did get their names.
Does anyone know how I could go about sending them a note or card? Would I just send it care of the ship?

you may write:
employee name,
position,
ship name,
cruise line name
cruise line address,
then mail will be forwarded to the employee.

Mail usually takes about 10 days to a month to reach the ship. Why? It will depend on the position of the ship ( in US? in Europe or in S.America ) Mails are slow...
