The C&A Benefits document says that you will be awarded the Gold level after the completion of your first cruise.

It also says that the Platinum level will be awarded after five cruise credits. It later says that you can earn an extra cruise credit if you book a suite on a particular sailing.

Do you have to first be a gold member to get the extra credit, or do you get two for booking a suite, even though it's your first cruise?

As we will be in a suite on our first cruise, how many cruise credits will we get? One because it's our first cruise, or two because we booked a suite?

Trying to get to Platinum level quickly!

johnboy, you'll get two credits for any sailing in a suite, including your first. Have a great cruise!

Cheers, Neil

That's great! Thanks, Neil. We'll also get another two next May - only one to go after that!

If you happen to be on a 12 night cruise you'll earn another credit. I received 3 credits on my transatlantic cruise in April because I was in a suite and it was a 15 night cruise.

Let's see... if I could just do a round trip transatlantic, I would qualify for Diamond!

Then, all I'd have to do is work on those pesky little details like a month off and oh yeah, that money thing.

That must have been a wonderful trip, Sonny, and probably should be included on everyone's "bucket list"!

Unfortunately, the best I can hope for is getting two credits at a time.
