Family Stateroom

We are a family of 5 staying in a family stateroom right at the front of the ship.

1. Will we have enough space in this cabin (keeping in mind that you probably never can have TOO much space!)?
2. I have only been on one other cruise and stayed mid-ship....will the front of the ship on deck 9 cause motion sickness?

Any info appreciated.

I can't speak for the motion in the front of the ship, as we have always been either mid or aft, but I doubt it would be so dramatically different as to cause motion sickness unless you hit some really rough spots. As far as space, I believe the family stateroom has more than enough room and, perhaps more importantly, plenty of storage! We've found the amount of storage in a regular balcony cabin to be more than ample for 2 adults/2 teens (and we don't pack light) so I'm sure you'll be in great shape. Have a wonderful trip!
