I did read those but not every ship has the problem.

And that was on the Voyager not the Majesty.

And I have sailed on the Voyager and at that time had no problems.

As with any accommadations whether it is land based or at sea, problems occur.

However to make a broad statement can create huge problems throughout.

I'm not sure to which "broad statement" you are referring, but I agree.

I read about this on another board and the original poster came back later after seeing a doctor and said it turned out to be sea lice from when they were swimming in the ocean. It wasn't bed bugs as originally thought.

I was attacked before we even arrived in Bermuda so unless I took a dip in the Atlantic en route (which I didn't)it wasn't sea lice. The customer relations manager told me there was a bed bug problem in our cabin

So, is the Majesty of the Sea's a nice ship?

After our first cruise. Which was on the Majesty. We hurried home and booked another cruise. We were amazed at how well the staff treated us for a mere 4 short nights. By the 2nd night it seemed that our names were tatooed on our heads as the staff knew our names.

You will love the ship. Its smaller than most but easy to navigate. But the right size to find if cruising is your thing. And you will love CoCo Cay. You will think you could retire and never go back home on this little piece of heaven.
