Deposit Refunds

Hi there,

just wondering if someone could tell me in what circumstances my deposit would be refunded

I was going to book a holiday for early oct.and put a deposit on today, however I am trying to sell a house at the moment and if it doesnt sell I may have to pull out of the cruise,

could i cancel and get a refund say 8 weeks before hand?

any help would be appreciated

If I recall correctly, aren't you from Ireland? If so the deposit rules are different for you than they are for those in North America. Look here and download the Booking Conditions pdf file. It appears you forfeit the deposit in all conditions, unless the insurance will cover it.

You have up until final payment to get your deposit refunded. Final payment is usually around the 70 days before the sailing.
