Question- Can I purchase departure transfers onboard? I always have gotten them prior to sailing, but was told today that 'departure transfers are closed' you'll have to get them on board. I will need Miami port to FLL.
Thanks,

Maureen, you should ask the cruise line if they sell departure transfers on board. I would think most do; I was able to purchase them on NCL on a cruise a few years ago. Otherwise, I have heard taxis are plentiful at the port when ships arrive, though that would probably be a more expensive option if you're going from MIA to FLL.

Maureen, Royal Carribean does sell transfers on board - the last time I used this service from Miami to FLL the cost was $15pp. If for some reason this option is unavailble once on board, there are shuttle busses that provide the same service awaiting you at the Miami port.
