It will be announced in the Compass when the shows will be. It should be atleast 2 or 3 times on a seven day cruise. You should be able to catch one of those without conflict.

You don't make reservations for it. They will hand out tickets at set times - this will be announced in the Cruise Compass. They usually do the show 3 times so everyone can see it. You go down and get tickets for one of the shows at the designated time - first come first served, so you have a better choice by going down to the handout location early. The stragglers will end up with perhaps just one show as their option.

Yes, you will have to go and stand in line to get the free tickets...but it's not a bad wait..and it's worth the wait....Most of the skaters are Russian and put on a great show...
Plus, you can go ice skating for free if you want....Have a great Cruise...and you will love the ship...

Also the shows are scheduled to divide the early and late seating diners so that one show is not drastically more full than another.
