We are looking at a Grand Suite for the May 15th sailing of Mariner. What exactly is concierge service?

The Mariner has a private Concierge Lounge that is reserved for suite guests and Diamond Members and above of the Crown & Anchor Society. As a suite guest you will be issued a special key that accesses this private lounge. There is a concierge on duty there to service your special needs (i.e. Preferred Specialty dining room reservations, priority tender tickets, special rooom ameneties, priority disembarkation, etc.) The lounge serves complimentary cappoccino & expresso all day. Continental breakfast items are served each morning and complimentary cocktails and appetizers are served in the evening. As a Diamond member myself, I have enjoyed these services immensely.

I believe that the Concierge Lounges are currently only on the Voyager and Radiance class ships. On the other ships, there is a concierge desk where you can obtain the services that Nancy outlined (with the exception of the lounge food and beverage benefits) This makes for a very motivating reason to select the Voyager and Radiance class ships.
