How Do I Get A Cruise Ticker??

I've visited this site daily for the past two months and finally got brave enough to join. I'm a little computer challenged

and can't for the life of me figure out how to get my cruise ticker going! Can anyone help? Also, how do I reply to someone who has replied to me??!! I posted a another message on my original, is this fine? Thank you!! Lynn
