Aioli Recipe

Just finished a 7 night aboard Freedom and it was terrific. One menu item was talipia with aioli sauce. The second edition cookbook has the recipe - but - I totally forgot to buy one before leaving the ship. Does anyone out there have the book and aioli sauce recipe ? Will you please share ?

Hi abcdef814, welcome to Cruise Chat. Glad to hear you had a fantastic time on the Freedom. Did you check on-line to see if they had it for sale? You might also try giving them a call. We bought a cookbook from the Sea Princess. Fantastic recipes, but SO expensive to prepare. I spent over $300 just for the ingredients to make stock. The food was good, but I still served it on my Corelleware, and I had to cook and serve. Just isn't the same Best wishes!

I just found my wife's RCI cookbook. Sorry, but it's not the second edition. I googled aioli and found aioli sauce recipes. Most of the recipes are the same except some leave out the egg yoke. I'll try to find someone with the second edition. Now I interested to see how the recipes differ.
