Can we order breakfast the night before to be delivered to our room? If so is there a menu in the room, and how early can you get it delivered?

Cousins, yes, breakfast can be delivered to the room. And, yes, there is a menu in the room. You complete it and place it outside your door before retiring. I believe the earliest time for delivery was 7:00, but I could be wrong on that.

We enjoy having breakfast delivered when we have an early excursion. It makes the morning much less hectic.

If you have a balcony, it is great to sit out there and have morning coffee. True luxury!

My wife also brought up a good idea. Can you request for sanwhiches to be prepared and be brouhgt with breakfast via room service? This way you can take them to an excursion with you.
Man, this would be great because my kids can be very picky and may not want to try some new food out in town. I hate having my meals decided by an 11 and 7 year old. My wife and I are always willing to give anything a try. Our favorite food may be the one we have yet to try.

Taking food off the ship is a no no...especially fruit....don't want to be transporting little critters from island to island...but then again, with some of the excursions, you get a box lunch to take with...I don't know how that is any difference, but it is...
