Mike was only filling in for the regular CD who was on vacation. Was Belle still onboard? I was really impressed with the CD staff on SOS.

I asked about the towel animals at "The View From The Top" talk. On the Grandeur we got a towel animal every night and on Serenade we had only had 4 thus far. So I asked Adriana (Hotel Director) why this was. Captain Stig said it was due to cutbacks, which Adriana said wasn't so. The attendants are given a minimum number of towel animals they must do. I guess our Grandeur attentant went above and beyond. I did get a towel animal that night though.

Someone asked about the chocolates. They were a nice touch.

The attendants have about 20 rooms they're responsible for I believe.

Been on the SOS twice. Great ship with a great staff. The head waiter and the waiter's were awsome on both cruises. Would sail her again anytime !
