Look
here for the tours at Labadee. Some are marked "at your leisure" which means you can spend as much time as you want, while others have a time limit. Labadee itself has several nice beaches which don't cost anything extra, as well as the barbecue lunch they have set up at three (I think it is three) pavilions spread out over the property so nobody has to walk far to eat. One piece of advice for Labadee - don't go in the vendor building if you are easily annoyed by pushy people. The locals set up souvenir stalls there and one can be mauled just walking through the place!
