I am not sure why my posting keeps being taken off but I will tell my story again and again.Royal Caribbean lied to us about the boarding requirements to go to Alaska in Vision of the seas on Sept. 14, 2007. We were told all we needed was a birth certificate either orginal or certified. I brought my orginal and was denied boarding. They were rude to us and would not give us our money back or let us book at a later date. We were told we should of known better. The Better Business Bureau says that there advertising tactics are in question. Do not sail Royal Caribbean!
