Cost of Laundry services on Navigator?

Can anyone help me out re the above? What is the cost (per item) for dry cleaning and for general laundry and ironing of a couple of "loads"?

HI, We are going on the Mariner in May and I would love the answer to that question too??
We are 4 people and I would like to pack a bit less and have them do a load or two??? I did read somewhere else that it is expensive, per sock ect???

Hi,
Laundry isn't cheap. The price is per item. Here is a few item prices. You should get a good idea of what other things cost.
Pair of socks... $1.00
Shorts ... $3.00
Underware ... $1.25
Pants ... $3.50
Dry cleaning... A suit will cost you $7.00. A pair of slacks ... $4.50
If you have a balcony I would suggest bringing some laundry detergent along and washing items in the sink. Things dry very quickly over a chair on a balcony. If you don't have a balcony there is a drying line in your shower.

I have to laugh at them wanting to charge so much for washing socks and underwear!! You can almost BUY new things in each port for amount of money!!

I don't know that I'd want to spend to have clothes laundered but dry cleaning appears to be a good deal. I just returned from a cruise on Jewel of the Seas. At one of the captain's get togethers, a tablemate hit the table and knocked 4 glasses of champagne on me. I had the dress dry cleaned at a cost of $8. They did a terrific job. It looked better and cost less than getting it done at home.
