when you go snorkeling what type of "equipment" do they supply you with? my boyfriend wonders if they let you take a diving knife?

You can rent all the equipment you need. I would suggest leaving a diving knife home and bringing your own snorkel. I use to bring my own fins but it was really a hassel lugging them round. My mask is specially made or I would rent a mask. Have fun!

I agree, once again, with SonnyV. In the post-9/11 world, security has become antsy (understandably) and they may confinscate the knife. However, all masks and snorkels will be provided for your use, unless otherwise stated in the description. Unless you have len's in your masks for sight, then there really is no reason to bring them. Hope you have fun!
