Yes, that is how I had them and they are really delicious. My favorite English teacher in high school used to rave about them. So when I saw sweetbreads on the menu of our first Celebrity cruise I ordered them. I am addicted to them.
Sorry folks no lobster on 4 or 5 day cruises, but I agree with Sonny, no loss, many other meals more tasty. Whe you make your reservation at Portofino's, they will know the ship's dinner schedule, ie formal night....and are very helpful. On a port day watch for specials in your Cruise Compass....

Sweetbreads can also be the pancreas of those same animals.
