what are best excursions-southern caribbean?

Going in Nov 2005.on Serenade.
Trying to choose excursions? Barbados-green monkeys 4 x 4?

St.Lucia-land and sea to Soufriere
Antiqua-castaway beach
St.Maarten- sightsee and Marigot,beach
St.Thomas-Blackbeard's,magens Beach

has anyone gone on these?

I can highly recommend the Land & Sea to Soufriere in St. Lucia. Personally, on St. Thomas I prefer Sapphire Beach to Magen's Beach, but I am sure the excursion will be fine.
Marigot is a must see, but do you know what beach the excursion will be going to in St. Maarten?
