laundry service on Mariner?

I am going on the Mariner 9/25. I was not sure if there are laundry facilities or services? I would also like to know if there are any irons in the room and if not will I be able to bring my iron on board with me?

There is laundry service on the Mariner, but no self-service laundry facilities. RC's policy is that personal irons are not permitted in the cabins as they are considered a fire hazard. If you do decide to bring your own travel iron, be advised that if it is left out in the open, it is subject to removal by the cabin steward. I am sure it does not always happen - but I have had friends that have had their irons confiscated and returned at the end of the cruise. I have found that travel steamers actually work better and are permitted (at least to my knowledge).

I learned this trick from an experienced traveler. I didn't think it would work, but it does. We travel with an empty spritzer, a small one that probably held hair spray in its first life. We fill it with water and when we take our clothes out of the suitcase, we spray them lightly and hang them up. By the time they're dry they're wrinkle free. We even do this with suits and nice dresses, things we would normally dry clean.

We traveled on the Mariner about 3 weeks ago (awesome ship) and we brought our own little travel size iron/steamer. We kept it in the closet and never had a problem.
