I have been trying to secure two cabins for a quad and triple for an August 17, 2007 cruise out of Bayonne NJ and have found this to be a difficult task. The online Travel agent I use for RCCL has been able to be creative to hold 3 cabins 2 doubles and a triple (E1). Today, RCCL has taken down their pricing for 2007 completely. I know it should be back up soon. However, I was curious if anyone else has been experiencing difficulties with this sailing nearly 15 months into the future.

We just booked to sail on Explorer on Saturday, 2 cabins, one triple and one double. Sailing in Nov 2007, 12 days out of NJ there wasn't any problem then.
Infact I could believe the price. For any extra £50 per person we went from deck 2 up to deck 7 with a balcony.
So I don't know how or why your having problems. We used a local TA if that's got anything to do with it.
Have you tried to contact RCI directly?

Yes I have. And they told me the ship is booked up at the moment for the August 17th sailing. That said, there is always a possilbity of cancellations. However, I understand from various Agents that there is a waitlist of people to book it up. The sailings for 2007 are back up but as I previously mentioned, the Aug. 17th sailingis booked for triples and quads. I never realized how many "only" double cabins existed on this ship.
