Soda on Freedom

We are going to buy the soda card stickers when we cruise on the Freedom. I have heard that the soda card will not work in the dining room. Will they serve sodas while having dinner or do you have to pay extra for them? What about at the other places such as the Windjammer, are they an extra cost there also?

You may use your soda card in the dining room and windjammer. You order it from a bar waiter that should be coming around to your table, not your regular waiter.
