Can someone please help settle a family argument? What is the time difference from the east coast (eastern standard time) to Juneau Alaska I am saying 4 hours and my husband is saying 3!

Having just returned from Juneau, I can verify that there is a 4 hour time difference. If he needs further proof - check this link:
