You can buy a non-drowsy form of Dramamine (also marketed as Bonine) over the counter at almost any U.S. pharmacy. That's what works best for me - the wristbands don't do a thing for me, and the patch requires a prescription, and is stronger medicine than the Bonine. If it does get rough, get some fresh air and watch the horizon (don't look down at the water by the ship's hull) - that will help too. Unless you are very sensitive to movement, you shouldn't have much of a problem in most weather conditions.

I just purchased the Relief Bands (different from sea bands) on Ebay for half price. They retail for around $90.00. They send a small wave/tinkle like feeling (not sure how to word it..lol)for our cruise next month. I also bought two sea bands, ginger and bonine! I figure I have everyone covered in the family..lol!! Hope this helps!

The Enchantment is a great, smooth riding ship-even in a heavy sea. I sailed her in Dec 05 and found her to be in the best of shape with the new stretch. For seasickness try ginger pills from any pharmacy/walmart-an old sailors natural remedy-most popular among oriental folk!
