Yes, you can smoke in your cabin.

You can also smoke in many of the bars, however the smoking sections are very small.

Smoking is permitted in the casino.

And on the deck the starboard or right side of the pool deck is reserved for smoking. Even though it is a task to find a ashtray. Many times you end up using a glass until a waiter can track down an outside ashtray.

This is from past cruises as its now been 175 since I last lit up

On the Splendour in november were unlimited ashtrays in every smoking section of the ship. No need to use glas.
But maybe its different on other ships.
