Adventure of the Seas

Hi My husband and I are taking our first cruise on the Adventure of the Seas on Oct 1st. We are interested in opinions about the excursions that are available. Are they worth it and does anyone have any recommendations? I have read the reviews on the sourthen caribbean but they seem to stopped at different ports.

Thanks for asking about the specific ports. Sorry I did list them in the original question. So anybody have any suggestions? We both like the water and he scuba dives but I do not.

The adventure was my first cruise as well... You will have a ball!

In st. Maarten, rent a jeep and drive around the island. stop in Marigot, eat lunch in Grand Case and spend most of the day at Orient Beach...

In san juan, i would suggest you to take a cab to old san juan and pay 5$ to store your luggage. then you can walk around, it a very nice city... St-thomas, I went to the aquarium and stayed around town , but most people headed to trunk bay. I think we should of done that too. I cannot suggest anything else as we went on the aruba-curacao itinerary... You can do most of the excursions on your own, as I find the prices too be WAY TOO MUCH with RCI... Those are safe islands, you should not have a problem at all. Also you can find people selling tours right on the dock, you may save money there for sure...
