Yes, lobster tail is served on one of the nights. This also comes with several shrimp. I think they called it the fisherman's plate. The lobster was what you typically see in restaurants not known as lobster places....a tail with the meat raised up out of the shell. But it was good and our waiter was at the ready to provide seconds if we wanted them. On an earlier night they had scampi-sized shrimp as an entree, and it was also very good. The lobster tail night also included the prime rib entree and one could get both of these just by asking.

The food on the Liberty was without question the best we've had on any RCI ship - and I include all venues in this assessment...main dining room, Windjammer, Sorrento's pizza, Cafe Promenade, etc. I was quite pleased with the food selections, preparation, and presentation. It is even more noteworthy when you consider we had over 4000 passengers aboard.

IC,
I never intend to offend or disrespect anyone. The comment was merely one of my weird attempts at humor that could easily be misconstrued as serious posting. If the administrator wishes to retract my previous post it would not be met with dismay. I am always elated when someone has a great cruise and I, by no means, wish to downplay the positive experience of a happy family vacation.

Wheeeew.... I was afraid that I had gotten under your skin. As far as being "self-medicated", I plea the fifth... errr. maybe, it was a pint. Nope, it was definitely a fifth. Just kidding, I am not "self-medicated". My wife sets my Prozac out for me every morning. I am wife medicated.

No worries about getting under my skin

I enjoy a pint once in awhile myself. There are days when I need a helper, so I keep well stocked with hydroxyzine

OK, We better get back on track here before we both get under someone's skin.

Sonny - That seems like a great deal. I have been wanting to try RCCL for awhile now.

Thanks Sonny! Great price but bad timing for me. I do think people should watch for these specials. Once you cruise on RCCL do you get email specials? Last year my CCL cruise kept going down, this year it has doubled. I am glad I booked early
