It is Father's Day, my wife is fixing me pancakes using Chef Ken's famous whole-grain pancake mix, and I just might make some mimosa's to go with it. Because like every sophisticated cruiser, I always have a bottle of champagne in the fridge.

OK gang, we finish up our cruise preps today and fly out of HSV at 7am tomorrow. We spend Friday at the Hilton in Miami and then board the Liberty Saturday morning. I'll check in occasionally from the ship, but not too often.
